New York City nurses strike to end after tentative agreement reached between NYSNA, hospitals

“We came to these bargaining sessions with terrific respect for our nurses and with proposals that reflect their priorities in phrases of wages, positive aspects, security and staffing,” Ozuah explained.

Throughout the strike, equally hospitals felt the absence of hundreds of nurses and individual care was appreciably impacted.
